Ideally a tax lawyer with previous experience as a tax collector or working with the revenue service in some capacity would suit perfectly. This is not always going to be the case and you may have to use the services of whatever tax lawyer is in your locality.

Although an individual may possess all the necessary knowledge to file their own tax return without the help of a tax lawyer, in the case of a company a tax lawyer is required in most cases, either within the organization or through a local legal firm.

Tax lawyers can have large fees associated with the service they provide but also save their clients money, time and possible criminal convictions.
